i was never really good in International Law. never.

but i do know that attacking a flag vessel on international water is equivalent to attack against that particular flag country on their own soil. no justification no nothing. that, my friend, is violation of the international law. in fact the flag country should have criminal jurisdiction against the aggressor.

if nothing is done this time around..
it signify another monumental failure of the international community, and the UN. and where's the Security Council that should come up with binding resolution against Israel? hiding behind the so-called MEMORIAL DAY perhaps. hmmm..


ohh..Turkey decided not to take action against Israel gov. reason? HAH!
