coming from the person you love can be thousand times more cruel than hate or anger. It treads the ego and takes you to hell. to remain silent to a question, or an argument, is actually an attempt to remain far from that other person's emotion. plain language: unconcerned, detached, apathetic, and thus..making that other person insignificant.
