front-line-people

service. muka company2 semua depends on the service. tak kesah la mana pun kau kerja, asalkan kerja kau deal dgn customer dan bukan mengadap computer 24/7 di office, kau kena layan customer, amek order atau pun amek complain, tak kesah through phone or direct, semua la...janji kau ada deal dgn customer.. SILA JANGAN RUDE!! ye..mungkin kau penat, mungkin kau letih, or maybe jugak kau kena marah dgn supervisor kau (hahahahaha...kalau yg nie, padan muka kau), eh hello...that does not gives you any license utk rude dgn customer kau okeh!

aku tak kata customer is always right, sbb memang kadang2 ada jugak customer yg memang wajar pun kalau kau nak kasi sepak, tapi mengapa kau rude dgn aku wahai si gila??? dah la order aku, kau hantar lambat DUA JAM, xde sorry xde ape..kau nk marah aku?? eh hello hello...sila jangan kurang ajar dgn aku kalau aku tak kurang ajar dgn kau boleh! esp bila aku mmg jenis tak kurang ajar dgn org2 yg jaga customer service. sebab perangai kau tu (khas kepada front line yg rude nak mampos)...company kau boleh hilang juta2 ringgit tau!!!!!


p/s: aku hargai kalau korang buat salah tapi mintak maaf dgn jujur sama aku. sejuk kut hati bila dgr kau mintak maaf..nak marah pon boleh cancel! lagi bagus kalau kau boleh bagi aku discount lepas buat salah...hahaha..which is NOT..i know!
